I also have a couple of test failures, including one from the vhost test itself:

Failed Test Stat Wstat Total Fail Failed List of Failed
--------------------------------------------------------------------
api\server_util.t 24 10 41.67% 4-13
compat\apache.t 16 2 12.50% 14-15
modperl\perl_options.t 9 2304 ?? ?? % ??
vhost\basic.t 1 1 100.00% 1
8 tests and 7 subtests skipped.

but it's immeasurably better than it was ;)

Thanks, Steve ;) The usual drill please - run these with -v and send the output of the client side and the error_log file. thanks.

p.s. I suppose the 3 short config test cases are working too, since the vhost::basic setup seems to cover them all. but please test just in case.

Yes, I tested these as well. All three work fine (that's starting up the server too, not just running the "-t" test).

Great.

Well done to Stas and Jan for resolving this issue at long last.

;) Thanks for patiently testing again and again ;)

I'll post later a better patch. That one was just a proof of concept.
