Downloaded tar ball and setup on hbase 0.98.6-hadoop2

1) Initially had some tables and indexes with Phoenix 4.1 and upgraded phoenix 
to 4.2. It's fine.
2) Tested delete operations on tables with immutable rows.
3) Ran examples with sqlline.py and psql.py and some basic operations.
4) Ran test cases on source build. All are passing.

Looks fine.
