bq. Hmm. Jenkins builds are failing now. My guess is that the issue is caused
by the upgrade to HBase 0.98.8. Might need to revert those changes until the
issue can be narrowed down.
If we revert, we need to revert both PHOENIX-1524 and PHOENIX-1470, and Phoenix
won't compile against 0.98.8 or any later release.
