The api exposed for the PigStorer and Loader remains intact but the
InputFormat,OutputFormat , Split and other classes have moved trom the
phoenix-pig module to phoenix-core. I noticed few users were using utility
classes like PhoenixPigConfiguration when integrating phoenix in spark or map
reduce jobs . Since we no more have this class, they might be impacted.
