Is the PigStorer and Loader on top of the new InputFormat and OutputFormat or
is the code duplicated? If duplicated, should we deprecate the PigStorer and
Loader? What was the purpose of the PhoenixPigConfiguration class before and
what is it replaced with now?
One more minor tweak, as select distinct isn't supported either:
