Another case where this might get unpredictable is when you have a large data 
load that spans across the midnight boundary for the server. 

[~jfernando_sfdc] We could certainly persist a specific date, but how would 
that work from the query side? I thought wanted to test the CURRENT_DATE() 
function? Is there an example query we would like to model?
