Right now I'm stuck with something I remember [~jamestaylor] once mentioned: we
need a Phoenix connection for a Sequence operator, but there's no suitable way
of getting this connection.
For example, "select next value for my.seq from (values(1) as t(c0))", it has
no reference to any Phoenix tables. Any good suggestions on this?
