Yes, Phoenix can represent it that way (although a bit different from its real
implementation) in its schema SPI. But the problem is that sequence name only
appears as a RexLiteral operand of CURRENT VALUE or NEXT VALUE, and I think we
should have a way to resolve that name into such a table.
