[~jamestaylor] RpcScheduler.dispatch() API changed across versions 
unfortunately.  In the PhoenixRpcScheduler we reference RpcExecutors directly 
which is bad because they are both @Private and @Evolving let me see if there 
is a way we can make this work.  Maybe there is a way we can delegate instead 
of inherit, but I'm not sure yet.  I'll look into this.
