James Taylor commented on PHOENIX-2921:
---------------------------------------
[~mujtabachohan], [~poornachandra] - any ideas for an easy fix for this? It's
really just to make it easier for users to try transactions by running them
locally. Is there some classpath trickery we can do in the tephra script? Or we
could create a transaction-manager jar in our assembly.

> The transaction manager depends on guava 13, but since guava 12 is what's in
> the hbase lib directory, the transaction manager won't start when we use the
> phoenix/bin/tephra script. We should work out a solution for this.
