[~jamestaylor] I tried starting txn-manager with 4.x-HBase-0.98 head on
hbase-0.98.17-hadoop2 (this was set as HBASE_HOME env. variable and only
guava-12.0.1.jar on CP) and had no issue. What exception are you getting?
