What "limit" are we talking about? The "LIMIT" clause? If we're using that
unconditionally to set the scanner caching that's bad anyway, depending on what
else we're setting up for the scanner. HBase now defaults to the 2mb chunk size
and this should only be used when we know we might be scanning less than 2mb.
If Phoenix changes or overrides the chunk size that'd be bad.
