The code goes through SchemaUtil.getPhysicalName() which takes into account
whether or not namespace is enabled. What's not working and which tests are
failing? What regressed?
The convention is that {{getPhysicalName}} returns the full table name (schema
and table name), {{getPhysicalSchemaName}} returns the schema and
{{getPhysicalTableName}} returns the table name.
