I created a pull request #246 containing a version of Phoenix that uses Tephra
using the new TAL.
Could you please review?
Once this code will be committed Phoenix will continue working with Tephra as
before. However, connecting other transaction processing engines, as Omid, will
be (relatively) easy. Next step would be creating a TAL implementation for Omid
and implement the augment Omid according to the needed functionality.
