This test recreates a view with the same name as one whose parent has been
dropped.
Now that we have the {{DropChildViewsTask}} that asynchronously removes the
metadata of a view whose parent was deleted when we try to clean up a view we
should catch and ignore the {{TableNotFoundException}}
