We are in good shape. We can wait for just one more soon to be committed
change (PHOENIX-7394) and we should be good to start with 5.2.1 release.

Anyone else would like to be RM for 5.2.1? I have limited bandwidth at the
moment.
When we target 5.3.0 in a couple of months, I can be RM again but in the
meantime, if someone can take up 5.2.1 release, that would be really
helpful.
