Phoenix's CSV bulk loader requires {{commons-io}} 2.17+ for
{{{}UnsynchronizedBufferedReader{}}}, but Hadoop 3.4 only provides version 2.16.
Thin-client jobs fail with a {{ClassNotFoundException}} on YARN because
{{addPhoenixDependencyJars}} distributed {{commons-csv}} without packaging a
compatible {{commons-io}} dependency into {{tmpjars}} .
Shaded clients are unaffected due to class relocation.
To fix this, {{addPhoenixDependencyJars}} must bundle {{{}commons-io{}}}.
