Prashant Kommireddi commented on PIG-2470:
------------------------------------------
Does PigStorage generate quotes in the output?
PigStorage differs from CSVExcelStorage in that output could be any data type,
whereas it is always String in the latter case. I feel being able to *clearly*
distinguish between a null return (from a UDF) vs an empty string return would
be useful. But it also makes sense if CSV storefunc is expected to behave
similar to PigStorage. Open to both!
