PigStorage doesn't escape strings with quotes (which is why we are attempting
to use CSVExcelStorage), in fact, while reading, it considers the quotes as
part of the values. About null, since PigStorage already though about null I
think it'd be great if we could somehow have a similar way of handling it. This
is just a thought.
