Thanks for the feedback.
1. Updated formatting.
2. Updated.
3. Updated and made sure that unit tests also pass with -Dhadoopversion=23
4. We do not do cleanup here. What we do is check whether store func is an
OverwritingStoreFunc and decide whether we should call checkOutputSpecs.
checkOutputSpecs() call fails when the directory already exists, that's why we
need to bypass that check for OverwritingStoreFunc.
