Rohini Palaniswamy commented on PIG-4684:
-----------------------------------------

Actually was wondering why we are trying to get TaskReports and error for
successful jobs. That can be totally skipped. Only thing being additionally
done in that method is totalHadoopTimeSpent += computeTimeSpent(reports); . I
don't see anyone calling Launcher.getTotalHadoopTimeSpent(). Do we really need
that and anyone uses it? Asking [~daijy] and [~cheolsoo].

> Exception should be changed to warning when job diagnostics cannot be fetched

> When a job completes and there is a problem fetching the taskReports,
> exception is thrown if the job has failed and a warning message if the job
> has succeeded. The exception should not be thrown as the failure to get the
> taskReports is not same as job failure.
