Addressing the issues raised below :
1. exclude /logs from source-release.zip - easy fix
2. /META-INF/bin-license-notice/LICENSE-bin - should be in
/META-INF/LICENSE
/META-INF/bin-license-notice/NOTICE-bin - should be in
/META-INF/NOTICE
easy fix
3. Why do we have META-INF/bin-license-notice instead of just META-INF ?
