For the most part, this change looks good, though I would suggest changing
"sources" to "src".
Also, I think you will need to make some additional changes to the Maven
deployment script to ensure that the source JARs are included in the Maven
bundles:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/pivot/infra/bin/maven-deploy.sh
This script can call the package-src target and add the resulting source JARs
to the bundles.
