Hi all,

today I was working on cleaning up in the repo and deleting all the obsolete 
branches I was working on and which have been merged or which had become 
obsolete.

There are some branches, where I would be happy, if you could double check if 
they are still needed.
If they are, perhaps we should finish some of the tasks as when we’re going to 
refactor the API, keeping them in sync will become “challenging”.
