Recent changes in test suites which are aimed to make them portable across
multiple languages introduced compile dependency on Jackson which is required
only to parse suite XML representation (request, response, payloads etc).
We shall mark these as optional since they do not serve any purpose during
runtime execution and interaction with real PLC.
