Yay … this time I got it on my M$ hosted email address … it seems this works 
now 😉

So it looks as if emails sent by a provider with stricter policies, that 
instead of blindly forwarding the emails, now the dev list appears as sending 
user and no longer the original.
Therefore you also see „{original email} via dev“ as sending user for these 
emails.
