Hi all, recently we started asking people doing their first PRs to introduce themselves in an attempt to raise the barrier for AI slop contributions. The reply actively states that people should subscribe to the dev list by sending the empty email to dev-subscribe and all ... but the last two who sent their introduction didn't sign up and blindly sent to dev@. The first one I moderated through, but the one that came yesterday I will deny. Because if I let them pass .... the whole point of us asking them to do so is reduced to almost nothing.
If you disagree, I encourage you to step up and take over moderation of this list. Chris
