Created an attachment (id=24235)
Patch with implementation.
Systematized work of ToolPacks(Created ToolPack interface and class
MainToolPacksHandler). Improved resolving of UDFs(in class
UserDefinedFunction). Workbook now contains Map of UDFs by name(added methods
to register and find).
