Hi, I've prepared artifacts for the release of Apache POI 3.13-final (RC1).
The most notable changes in this release are: - conditional formatting support for DataBars, Icon Sets / Multi-States, and Color Scales - various improvements in spreadsheets formula and cell reference handling - enforcement of locale and timezone-aware handling through forbidden-apis check, locale and timezone can now be switched via LocaleUtil - common api for slideshow (common sl) is now available be aware of several api breaks especially in HSLF text handling https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/poi/3.13-RC1/ All tests pass. ASC files verify and MD5/SHA1 are correct. Docs look fine. There's no clutter in the src/bin packages. The src package can be compiled. Please vote to release the artifacts.
