Why do we need this? I, for one, do not care about the concept of users deploying POI on shared infrastructure. Users who do this have plenty of ways to protect the environment and don't need endless tweaking of this POI code. It is emperor's new clothes territory - anything that POI does just hides that the real responsibility is with the user to protect their own deployments.
