Thanks for flagging this Dmitri. In fact I think this could be a release
blocker as the EclipseLink workflow is quite fundamentally broken. I
commented on #422 <https://github.com/apache/polaris/pull/422> with some
thoughts.

If we decide this is a release blocker, I would suggest we consider a
revert of #438 <https://github.com/apache/polaris/pull/438>. I proposed
this on #450 <https://github.com/apache/polaris/issues/450> but I
believe @snazy had some concerns about that.
