Technically, the vote request was for 3 binding votes (first email in this thread), which was not achieved by the time the PR got merged, but I believe it was a mistake as the minimal vote requirements were stated as if for a "release vote". In Polaris our usual practice for code modifications is lazy consensus, so I believe the vote results are acceptable. If anyone has an objection, please reply and we can discuss how to proceed.
