Hii, The CI issue should be fixed now (as said in the other thread, the polaris.json is now available).
I also created the dist "TLP" area (for our artifacts, staging and release). We should be OK on this front. Regarding the "legal" part (LICENSE/NOTICE), I will do a new pass today.
