Hi folks,

I have created a public Google Calendar for Apache Polaris to gather
all community meetings and events:

https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0?cid=NzMyZmQ5Y2QxMzMzMWFmOWNkNjcyZGY1YTViMWYwMzMwZjAyMDJjMjhiZmVhM2FiNGE3YTcyNzk0NmQ5OGY3NEBncm91cC5jYWxlbmRhci5nb29nbGUuY29t

PMC members have full control to create and update events on this
calendar. I also submitted a pull request to add this link to the
website's Meetings section:
https://github.com/apache/polaris/pull/5165

Additionally, I propose adjusting the schedule for our Community
Meetings from 1 hour every two weeks to 1.5 hours every three weeks.
This change aims to:

1. Allow more time to discuss agenda items and prevent accumulation.
2. Provide dedicated time for specific topics.

To keep the meetings moving, I suggest time-boxing each discussion
item to a maximum of 10 minutes. If an item requires more time, we can
schedule a dedicated meeting for it.

As a reminder:

  - Meetings are open to everyone.
  - Meetings are recorded.
  - No decisions are made during these meetings.
  - Meeting notes and follow-up discussions must be posted to the dev@
mailing list.

Thoughts?

Regards,
JB
