Description:
It looks like all references to Qi4j were replaced by Zest and then by Polygene.
However that makes a nonsense of historical references, for example in [1] it
now says:

When I was doing my research for just that, I came cross a Java framework (just
humor me :p) called Apache Polygene™, written by Swedish Richard Öberg

On the Zest site it used to say:

When I was doing my research for just that, I came cross a Java framework (just
humor me :p) called Zest™ (that’s chee for jay), written by Swedish Richard
Öberg

Presumably it was originally

There are other places where Polygene should still read Qi4j. e.g. the same
page has:
