sure? Your commit message implies that the problem only is when you have HTTP disabled? The curls out there in the distributions do *not* have HTTP disabled.... I haven't tested opening a ftp document over ftp with a proxy set on my 1.1.x linked against libcurl3 yet but I can do. Or is that issue a 2.0-only issue? If, I can try with a OOo build linked against external libcurl3....
