There is nonen. Apple doesn't deliver it. You have to manually 
build cups or use a fink/Darwinports cups but see below this isn't 
necessary.

There is no need for CUPS to be enabled when building for Mac OS X 
or better it makes no difference if we enable cups or not. Florian 
Heckl tested it with m79 or m83 and found no create difference. The 
printout neither was better nor worse.

code detects if cups is present (via the presence of 
/usr/bin/lpstat) and uses it (via command lp). On 10.1 systems they 
used /usr/sbin/Print.
If cups is not present, printing is done via command lpr.
This is explained in psprint/source/printer/printerinfomanager.cxx 
in function macxp_GetSystemPrintMethod.

So you have to use -disabel-cups when building on Mac OS X because 
if you don't the default behaviour of the configure script now is 
enable-cups.
