Agreed. But before m87 I didn't need to add disable-cups it changed 
with m87. I hope that I understood Rene in IRC right that before 
m87 (maybe m86) configure used -disabel-cups by default if you 
didn't enable it explicit and now configure want's an explicit 
-disable-cups. 

IZ #45500* I assigned it to you. Is it O.K.?
