hello.  i am trying to install openoffice for windows xp and while 
installing it said it could not locate an openoffice.org file in my 
temporary files folder.  i clicked retry and it didn't do anything 
different so i had to cancel the install.  just curious if you've 
encountered this before and how i can fix it.  thanks a lot.
