Where do you see an comparision of NO to iWorks and MSO? I just lined up some "alternative" Office Suites that stand in competition or are befriended ones with us. Nothing more. Man, you can overinterpret everything if you want to. > I really don't understand what is this problem with NO that > everybody on the OOo lists seem to have. The intention behind this sentence wasn't clear enought. I have no problem with NO. The problem is and ask Patrick himself, that without an existing and ongoing development of OOo X11 it would be much more harder for him as it currently is to keep up with the development of NO and without and existing 2.0 X11 for Mac OS X it will be even harder to get NO on top of the code base of OOo 2.0 if Patrick and Ed have to do the porting work of OOo X11. > Work to port OOo on X11/OSX is just as important as what the NO > team does since it promotes your work to people who would never > think of using OOo in the first place. It wasn't my intention to do any FUD about NO with this sentence. I'm sick that everytime I mention NO or somebody else of the OOo Team does this sentence is to take with a pinch of salt.
