gslpatches cws is here to correctly fix this.
And if you decide to use cws_macosx07 which enables scanner support you should take a look at IZ 48285 <http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=48285>. With my checkout the first patch for extension patch wasn't in the sources so I had to apply it by hand.
It's now fixed in macosx07. I just forgot to commit this patch. Sorry
Another possible error in macosx07 is a typo in line 74 in file /psprint/source/helper/strhelper.cxx
Fixed too, even better since 5 minutes... (following great Eike suggestion)
The .elif is wrong! Replace it with .else and build continues and the else does no harm. I can print using M101 and Mac OS X 10.3.9 and Apple X11.
The patch was plain wrong (my test was the opposite as expected), and will break all other OS/arch
But this is now fixed too
