It works but not in full! Some new features will not behave as they
are expected to do. When you use Win 2000 or XP those bugs occure.
Since NT4 isn't supported officially by OOo it makes no sense to
file Issues - chances that they are beeing fixed are very very
small.
I would like to object a little bit here: although such reported issues
may not be fixed, it might make sense to report them, so that other are
able to query them. And also some of the issue might be fixed without
much effort.
