I applied Jame's Sal patch and It worked. I got passed

You should not need this fix, but if you do apply it you will have to
run the autoconf program to rebuild the configure script.
What you do is change directories to config_office from the base build
directory. Copy configure to configure.old. Then invoke autoconf
configure.in > configure.
This will incorporate the fixes into the configure program. You will
need to rerun configure from a NEW terminal session and then start the
build again.
Hopefully this will get you past this problem.
BTW, which version of OOo are you trying to build? This patch is for
OOo 1.9/SRC680 and not for OOo 1.1.5/SRX645.
