I could reproduce the bug on 10.3.9 with m133.

Changing openFiles(fileList) in main.scpt seems to solve the problem.

-set theFilePath to " \"" & (POSIX path of theDocument) & "\""
+set theFilePath to "'" & (POSIX path of theDocument) & "'"
