Dear Mac porters,

Last Friday, I have released "openoffice.org" package for Fink.
If you have already installed Fink and enabled unstable tree,
now you can install OpenOffice.org 2.0 by simply typing "fink install openoffice.org".

I'm happy if you could test it.
FYI: It took a day on my PowerMac G5, and consumed 6.7GB of disk space.

Features:
* Uses as many as possible of system packages already available with Fink. (i.e. the binaries are linked against Fink's libwpd, mozilla, portaudio, etc.)
* Doesn't use OOo's self-packaging mechanism (--disable-epm).
* Builds ALL language packs at one time (--with-lang=ALL).
* fondu is not yet fully integrated,
but is executed just after .deb package is extracted (PostInstScript).

To Do's:
* Catch up to 2.0.1 line.
* Some unproved issues:
breakage on building instsetoo_native if --with-system-python or -- with-system-libxml2 ?
  breakage on building nas unless --without-nas ?
* Find out a good way to take care of post-install scripts.
  (e.g. like one in openoffice.org-pyuno.install)
* GCC 4.0.
* Try different architecture.

This package uses the patches for these IssueZilla tracker items:
#53335,  #53270, #53280, #54535 .

While writing this package, I was much helped by OpenOffice.org persons.
Many thanks to _rene_, ekato, ericb2, maho, paveljanik, pmladek, ssa, and all!

Best,
