Hi,

To make sure that X11 is installed go to the
applications folder in the finder, then go to the
Utilities folder. In that folder you should find an
application called X11. 

If X11 is not in that folder, you will need to install
it. Get a hold of your Install discs for your iMac,
insert the first one, then open the optional installs
package installer. You will need your other install
discs.

smsm1 --> OpenOffice.org.app developers, would it be
possible for you to add a warning message for when X11
is not installed or not installed in the correct
place.
