as default and should not be expanded.
That non-expansion of defaults was introduced relatively recently (see
CVS log for bootstrap.cxx). Apparently the test case wasn't updated when
that change was done.
Unfortunately, we have lots of tests that are not actively maintained,
and that thus break over time. It is often hard to tell when a test
last ran successfully (if it ever did at all...), and whether it is
worth reviving it. See

known good tests for the UNO-related modules. If one of those tests
breaks, that is surely an error.

In sal/rtl/bootstrap.cxx and sal/rtl/macro.cxx - but not in this case.
