Yep - so it defaulting to on was a surprise, it still doesn't do this
for me at all; there must be some difference to my test build.
Sorry, I should have said the feature exists in the File-Open-OOo-
Memory dialog, and that it works and I never saw it before. But it is
"un-checked", i.e. not activated on first install.
