Currently there is no action on those issues because Sun's product-planning still works "the traditional" way. Short planning phases where you decide what should go into the product followed by an implementation phase. New features will only be reconsidered when the release is out. This planning is for Sun's ressources. Of course you can try yourself to find "independant" developers to implement a couple of these features - but there is not much QA can do.
