As far as I know the only problem related to a release of the 1.1.5 build is the problem reported by the Japanese community where the wntmsci8.pro build has problems if MS Security Patch KB873333 has been installed. OTOH patch KB894391 fixes the problem. But as we got notice that building from scratch might resolve that problem we decided to rebuild that version. As a result we want to publish this version as rc3. I'll will be responsible for the testing of the English rc3 build again.
So we would have rc3 for all localizations on windows plattform, as each package is likely to fail on install in a japanese (or maybe asian) environment? I just like to know, to se how to proceed with our tests.
